Activity Executive

A、Description

1. Sort out and establish the process of activity management, and optimize it according to the implementation results;

2. Complete the preliminary planning, mid-term implementation and follow-up of various activities and projects;

3. Complete the writing of activity plan, strategy and scheme;

4. Participate in the preliminary preparation of activities (such as communication with suppliers, negotiation with local authorities, preparation and distribution of materials);

5. Participate in the management of the activity site, monitor the implementation process of the plan, and coordinate and solve unexpected problems;

6. Be responsible for summarizing and sorting all kinds of documents, data and media materials in the activity, and generating reports.

7. Summarize the data after the activity and follow up on the coordination and implementation of the plan.

B、Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, working experience in exhibition tour, conference and event planning is preferred;
2. Excellent interpersonal communication and language skills, flexible handling skills and good resource integration ability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure;
4. With integrity, meticulous, serious and responsible work;
5. Able to travel frequently;
6. Good writing skills, ability to write activity plans and budgets;
7. Familiar with all kinds of office software, such as word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
