QuaCell^® V MAX Transfection Reagents are highly effective non-viral transfection tools that are widely used for gene transduction in mammalian cells. With its unique positive charge characteristics, the reagent can tightly bind negatively charged DNA molecules to form transfection reagent /DNA complexes, which promote cellular uptake through interaction with negative charges on the cell surface.

QuaCell^® Transfection Buffer: The salt ions in the product are carefully tuned to maintain the right pH, helping the transfection agent bind to the DNA to form a complex that facilitates its stability.

Ordering Information

The plasmid with GFP label was used to transfect HEK 293 cells according to the instructions of QuaCell transfection reagent, Other reagents 1 and Other reagents 2. The fluorescence expression of the cells was observed under the microscope 48 hours after transfection. The transfection efficiency of QuaCell can reach 85%.
