A、Description
1. Pre-sales technical support for products/services;
2. Product/service after-sales technical support;
3. Collect the handled technical problems and gradually establish and optimize the workflow;
4. Technical tracking of new technologies, new products and new projects in the industry, and regular data summary and analysis;
5. Provide technical training to colleagues in other positions according to needs;
6. Other work matters assigned by the company.
B、Requirement
1. Master degree or above in biotechnology, cell biology, biopharmaceutical and other related majors;
2. Good English reading and Chinese writing skills;
3. Good understanding of Chinese and English technical literature and resource search skills;
4. Good communication skills and can adapt to high-intensity work;
5. Good team spirit and initiative.
