Solution manager
A、Description
1.Provide customers with product technical application guidance;
2. Communicate with customers and fully understand their needs;
3. According to customer needs, submit and confirm the corresponding solution;
4. Submit the final confirmed solution to the relevant department and assist in the implementation of the follow-up process;
5. Assist customers to solve product application and technical problems on-site;
6. Propose feasible optimization plans for past cases and coordinate follow-up and implementation;
7. Assist the BD team in pre-sale development and service;
8. Other related work arranged by the company.
B、Requirement
1. More than three years of relevant experience in cell culture, experience in macromolecular drug research and development projects is preferred;
2. Rich experience in analyzing and solving experimental problems;
3. Excellent coordination and communication skills and customer service awareness;
4. Good Chinese and English expression and writing ability;
5. Good thinking, clear logic, skilled PPT presentation skills and on-site adaptability;
6. Master degree or above.
